About Veteran’s

VOICE & VISION

Our Mission: Every Veteran be aware of the opportunities and services available to them.

Hello, my name is John Padgett. I am the founder and president of Veterans Voice and Views. I was a combat veteran from 1968-1970.

I later joined a seven piece band called Oak Creek Country, from 1992-1997, and we started doing USO/DOD entertainment tours totaling 28 foreign countries in 30 months.

As a combat veteran, I am aware of the daily hardships that arrive as a result of a veteran’s life. I have seen the need to improve the awareness of the general public in these matters, thereby establishing a pathway to the foundation of Veterans Voice and Views.

Having been on both fronts of the military, I became passionate about veterans causes and formed Veterans Voice and Views to link veterans with people, organizations, and services who provide help for veterans and their families. As a disabled veteran, I am aware of the daily hardships that arise as a result of the military life and have seen the need to improve the awareness of the general public in these matters.

A voice and a vision are the key elements in communicating the concerns of vetereans, as they navigate through the difficulties of every day life.

To balance the fields of opportunity and need with the rest of society can sometimes be a major obstacle. The gap between knowledge and public awareness is an important factor in resolving issues and finding solutions for problems facing veterans and their families.

It is our mission at Veterans Voice and Views to provide that much needed voice and vision through television, radio, podcast, YoutTube, social media, and print.

Millions of veterans and their families translates into a tremendous amount productivity if given the same opportunities as the rest of society to meet their
needs.
